The Winco S550 Stretchair: The powered vertical lift and recline operation offers effortless patient positioning. The lay flat capability, and vertical height adjustment allows level lateral transfer between surfaces. A level lateral transfer is typically safer for caregivers and patients and avoids the anxiety patients may experience with lift and transfer or sling type transfer devices. The New S550 supports up to 550 pounds and features a 25" wide seat. Standard equipment includes dual mounting point IV pole, O2 Cylinder holder, patient accessible saftey belt and central locking and steering. As a chair, Stretchair is the perfect tool for inter- and intra-department transport and theability to transform into the height adjustable lay-flat mode can help to reduce the required number of patient transfers, reducing risk.
